SYNOPSES OF MY REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
My real estate career has given me the chance to do a variety of transactions. I left a career as a general contractor specializing in log home construction to get into real estate brokerage. I was a private pilot at the time and having a pilot's license gave me greater freedom to assist clients in transactions in the time prior to email and digital signing. I have participated in the sale of a resort, apartments, and development land for industrial and resort usage. I have also helped clients selling various businesses. Commercial experience has given me the opportunity to evaluate businesses, commercial land of various zoning, cash flow analysis and projection of future value. I have also handled many residential transactions and managed rental properties.

I now work from our home at Willoway Cottage.
